March 26th, 2024.- Invexans Limited, a Quiñenco’s subsidiary, carried out a capital increase in Enex plc for US$55 million.

The funds from this capital increase will be primarily used to finance the growth plan in the United States, a country where the company already operates 50 travel centers, and for the financing associated with the acquisition of the 45% stake of Enex Paraguay, completed in February of this year from Sudameris Bank.
